Does Top Level DC sell marijuana?

No! Top Level does not sell marijuana. Top Level gifts marijuana to consumers 21 and over with valid State IDs under the Initiative 71 Law.

Do I need a D.C. ID to shop?

No, we love DC residents & toursits! You only need a valid ID from any state that proves that you are 21 years old or older.

What's the difference between Indica, Sativa, & Hybrid?

Typically, sativa flower strains offer a cerebral high; providing a more uplifting and euphoric experience. While Indica flower strains offer a bodily sensation; providing a more relaxing experience. Do I need to medical marijuana card?

No, we gift THC under Initiative 71, we are not a dispensary. Therefore, you can receive THC items with any valid state ID proving that you are 21 or older.

How much weed can I be gifted at once?

One person can be gifted up to one ounce, within a 24 hour span. For example, Mac M. who is 27 from Pittsburgh, PA can be gifted one ounce of flower on Monday morning and can come back again on Tuesday to be gifted another. He cannot come back Monday night, though.

What is CBD?

CBD is short for cannabidiol, is a chemical compound from the sativa plant. Unlike THC, CBD is not psychoactive. When consumed, its effects have been proven to provide a feeling of relaxation, cures to illnesses, and homeostasis.
